If you have no experience with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu then we recommend that you start by choosing one of our 'fundamental' classes listed in our schedule; however, you're welcome to attend any training time. Aim to arrive a few minutes early before class to meet your instructor and fill out a waiver.
